Introduction to Assessments

If you have or work with a child with very complex physical and communication difficulties, our assessment team can work with you and your child to identify ways in which they might communicate, write, and have access to education. We can then support you from that point onward to make sure that our recommendations have the best chance of success.

We specialise in complex cases, and we don't believe that one assessor alone can provide all answers. That's why we ensure that a highly experienced team of therapists, teachers and technologists work together with you and your child from the start. We've carried out over 1500 assessments since 1984, so you can be assured of the quality of our experience. And as a charity we're not tied to any manufacturers either, so all our recommendations are guaranteed to be unbiased.
